The staff was flexible and accommodating. The hotel rooms were spotlessly clean. The views of the city were breathtaking. It only takes about 10 minutes to walk to Arbat. The hotel is a great base for a 3-night stay.

The rooms had a strong basement smell, and they were all located underground with no natural light. the staff didn't speak English well, and there was no city map available.

Great location - right next to Mega Park and on the main road. Easy access for taxis. The staff was very polite and helpful! Breakfast was delicious with different meals every day. They even helped organize tours to attractions around the city. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Conveniently located near a shopping center and within walking distance of Zhibek Zholy and Almaty 2 railway station.
